Mint mobile review2/12/2024 ![]() However, there was no call from Mint for a week. I requested the OFFICIAL DOCUMENT that states the reason why I can't get a refund, and the agent agreed with me that there is no such policy and said sorry and she will report the refund for me. I read the policy very very carefully, and found that there is no such refund policy in Mint's Refund Document. So I refuted it, and then the agent said I can not get a refund because I ported-out. Following the Mint's policy, when we renewal the plan, it is equivalent to buying a new plan. Second agent first said that I can not get a refund because Mint doesn't refund for RENEWAL users, which is hilarious.First the agent said my case is not the case for refund, and I refuted it, and the agent never replied me.I requested the refund three times and I just posted 3 service agents' responses: I request the official mint mobile refund policy. I still do not have a resolution, I am asked to wait another 48 hours. The customer service and my experience with this company has been horrible. It would seem that as this is Mint Mobile’s mess up, if they can not unlock the phone in 24 to 48 hours as was promised days ago, then they should promptly ship out an unlocked phone with a return label for me to return the locked phone. Mint mobile has let me down, and let my patients down as I have not had the functioning phone I planned on using for work. I work in patient care and use my phone for secure messaging for work. I have been told each time I call that the ticket and case is still under investigation. I have been told multiple times that I will get a call or email from higher technical support but it has not happened. I was sent a locked phone from mint mobile, and it seems no one in customer service can figure out what to do. I have spent over 20 hours of time on the phone and in chat with customer service, yet do not yet have a working phone 5 days after my initial customer service ticket was created. I purchased 12 months of service and a Google Pixel 7 pro from Mint Mobile. The company seems like a scam at this point, and I warn everyone to stay far away from this company and service. I have had a tremendously disappointing experience with Mint Mobile. I also shared my experience and was banned. ![]() ![]() I had a horrible experience with mint mobile. I decided to try mint after seeing a lot of positive reviews, not knowing negative ones were just being hidden.Įdit: I’ve just been banned from /r/mintmobile no communication as to why. I’m not sure I would trust anything on /r/mintmobile anymore, make sure to do you own reseach with mint before starting. I didn’t break any rules and received no direct messages about why it was locked. My post was just my honest experience using mint with poor service and slow speeds. ![]() Edit: deleted now, view removed post here Īfter a few hours my post was locked and appears to be hidden from the sub.
